摘要:Any discussion of insolvencies these days quickly focuses
on to the subprime crisis and its repercussions
for the world economy. When the brick bubble burst, it
impacted directly on the development of insolvencies
in the USA, as will be outlined later in this survey. But
what about Europe? Here, the crisis did not start to
make itself felt until early autumn, when it encountered
an economy which up to then had been surprisingly
robust.
