摘要：The Ukrainian–American Economics and Business Task Force, which worked
in Washington in September 2006 as part of the “US–Ukraine Policy Dialog”
project, has published its recommendations to the Ukrainian Government. The
Task Force recommends that the Cabinet of Ministers set up a new system for
formulating and implementing economic policy, to introduce effective measures
to combat corruption, to bring order to the regulatory and tax systems, and to
help civil society institutions to flourish
