摘要：Fiscal Year 2006 marked the twentieth anniversary of ICSID’s flagship publication,
ICSID Review—Foreign Investment Law Journal. Appearing twice yearly, the ICSID Review
publishes materials on international and domestic law relating to foreign investment and
investment dispute settlement. Two new issues were published in the course of the year.
They featured articles on a number of current topics in the field such as the boundaries
of indirect expropriation; most-favored-nation treatment in investment arbitration; the
substance of nationality requirements in investment treaty arbitration; and certain global
implications of the U.S. Federal Arbitration Act. Texts of several recent decisions and
awards rendered in ICSID proceedings were also published with introductory notes
by ICSID counsel. The Model International Agreement on Investment for Sustainable
Development, drafted by the Institute for International Sustainable Development, was also
reproduced in one of these issues.
