摘要:In our complex and everchanging world, which all of societies are trying to
acquire new technologies and power, human resource, specially innovative curious
and with new ideas people are the real capital of organizations . New
organization structures are changing very fast and also are facing with a
special threat named "job immobility" is derved from geology and geography and
immobility in career means lack ot improvement in job. In this article we had
explored the background of the topic and also different aspects and ideas about
it, In addition, famous kind of job immobility are disscused and at the end the
strategies and solutions to this problem are presented and can be helpful to
build a dynamic human resource group which has great motive, innovativenes, and
