摘要:Entrepreneurship culture and organizational citizenship behavior (O.C.B) are two
important Behavioral issues that has important role in Organizational behavior
management theories field today. This two issues, have many concepts in common,
and it seems that they are inter influential. With regard to these two important
behavioral components, are had tried to define the issues clearly and their
literature is also being presented. Then research objectives, conceptual model
and research hypothesis, research methodolgy, statistical population and the
sample and data analysis nethods are clarified in research methodology. Research
findings had utilized descriptive and Inferential statistics and are brought in
analytical tables which had tested the research hypothesis end at the end we had
poposed suggestion and solutions with regard to statistical test results
