摘要：It is a well known reality that there are problemsin the education of classical Turkish literature because ofsome reasons such as used language, meter, image worldand cultural differences etc. This study is aimed toanalyse the problems in classical Turkish literatureeducation and to recommend some ways to approachthese problems. The considerations about the subject were obtained from the Turkish language and literatureteachers who work in several high schools (a total of 18high schools) of Erzurum city centre. Theseconsiderations and the results arranged from theexaminations in these high schools were evaluated in thestages of our study.
