摘要:During October–December 2004, the Consumer Confidence
Index (CCI) remained nearly flat, standing at 100.1 in
December. The poll registered a decline in the propensity
to consume as economic expectations improved. As the
presidential election finally came to its conclusion, economic
expectations significantly deteriorated among residents of
eastern oblasts, while the CCI in western Ukraine reached a
record)high value. Consumer confidence among villagers and
citizens with below)average incomes also improved
