摘要：Over the reference period from November 2005
to October 2006, the 12-month average rate of
HICP inflation in Latvia was 6.7%, i.e.
considerably above the reference value of 2.8%
for the criterion on price stability (see Table 1).
However, on the basis of the most recent
information, the 12-month average rate of HICP
inflation is expected to decrease somewhat in
the coming months.
