摘要：Due to a less favourable international economic climate, output
growth of enterprises is expected to slow down from 4.4%
in 2000 to 3.% in 2001, and to slacken further to 2:% next
year. The slowdown in growth is especially noticeable in manufacturing,
construction, trade and business services. In spite
of this slowdown, profitability this year will be similar to last
year¡¯s level due to improved terms of trade. Next year¡¯s profitability
will probably worsen somewhat. Scarcity of personnel,
considerable wage increases and process- and product innovations¨C
especially through the adoption of information and
communication technologies¨Care expected to sustain the
growth of investments in the current year and in 2002.
