摘要：Temporary work agencies (TWA¡¯s) in the Netherlands supply a
larger share of employment than TWA¡¯s in any other country.
In this article we show that high employment protection and a
lenient government led to a rather large market share of
TWA¡¯s in the market for temporary labour. TWA¡¯s of the future
may possibly provide not only temporary labour services, but
also human resource management services: Screening, selecting,
training and developing human resources. This expansion
may further enhance the quality, experience and skills of temporary
workers, and provides the employment agencies themselves
with promising opportunities to sell their services
abroad.
