摘要：Traditional early retirement schemes in the Netherlands
strongly promoted retirement. Under these schemes, most
people left the workforce at the earliest possible moment.
These schemes are now gradually being replaced by more
actuarially neutral flexible retirement schemes. The actuarial
neutrality ensures that the flexible retirement schemes do not
discourage labour participation. This research explores the
actuarial neutrality of the new flexible retirement schemes by
analysing five such schemes. It appears that these flexible
retirement schemes are indeed more actuarially neutral.
