摘要:We certainly agree with Hugo Priemus that a proper analysis of
housing subsidies should take account of the imputed rent and
value increases in real estate. Actually, this is what we do in our
study. The criticism expressed by Priemus is largely based on a
misunderstanding. It may have arisen from the fact that our contribution
to the last issue of CPB Report (2001/3) was a shortened
non- technical version of our original paper, Ter Rele and Van
Steen (2001)1.
