摘要：This paper starts with the observation that Dutch reexports of
goods now accounts for more than 40% of total goods exports.
The paper argues rightly that the strong growth in reexports has
produced the statistical illusion of strong growth in Dutch
exports. Yet, the data in the paper also have other interesting
implications from a European perspective. Two come to mind:
1. If 40% of all exports are accounted for by reexports, it follows
