摘要：In the past several decades, the European Commission and its
members (among which the Netherlands) developed Competition
Laws to fight anti-competitive practices by monopolistic and oligopolistic
firms. At the moment, both the European Competition
Law and the Dutch Competition Act are under review. The organisers
of the workshop found this an interesting opportunity to
contribute to the discussion about what should be changed in
competition policy.
