摘要：The article analyses the role of public policies to correct market failures in order to foster eficiency, fairness, economic growth and stability, and the perils that may arise when public power increases excessively and may cause undesired disturbances in market with negative consequences for competitiviness well on production or on distribution, and diminishing the general well-being of population.
