摘要：When we first considered this essay, the idea was to call it 揈cono-metrical Information Systems" because we deliberately pretend to offer the whole analytical view of the information of an economic system and its own model of econometrical representation. Our pur-pose was to describe their elements, relations and processes, being these apparently complex or even unconnected; yet, they make sense when they are examined from a comprehensive point of view, typical of the General Theory of Systems (TGS) and they are analyzed as an Information System (IS)
