摘要：The aim of this study is analysing the rural development policies in the European Union, the new member states of Central and Eastern Europe, and the candidates Rumania and Bulgaria. The agricultural sector plays a essential role in the economic development of these countries although has serious problems as a low labour and land productivity, a big rate of agricultural employment and uncertainty about the property rights.
