摘要：This article analyses the increasing trend of the number of international emigrants from several countries. Particularly we analyse the evolution of net immigration in Spain, Europe, the United States, Canada and Latin America for 1965-2004, and we insist upon the convenience of a coherent regulation of immigration accordingly to the capacity of the destination countries, as well as to foster also other policies of cooperation between developed and less developed countries, through education and development of industry and other sectors in the emigration countries.
