摘要：The role of institutions, and its effect on the economic growth, has been one of the latest elements incorporating to transition literature. In this paper we want to emphasize the key importance of this factor on the economic growth of CEEB countries (Central-Eastern European and Baltic countries), presenting an econometric model that reflects the positive effect on the economic growth of an adequate institutional structure.
