摘要：Singapore implemented the New MAS Electronic Payment System (MEPS+) on 9 December 2006. MEPS+ is an enhanced real time gross settlement (RTGS) system for Singapore Dollar high value interbank funds transfers and settlement of scripless Singapore Government Securities (SGS) transactions.
