摘要：The unaudited financial statements have been prepared in accordance with International
Accounting Standard 34 (Interim Financial Reporting). These financial statements do not
include all information and notes required by IFRS for complete financial statements and
should be read in conjunction with the April 30, 2006 financial statements and the notes
included therein.
