laws? I see that differently: The conditions
on the capital markets change. Shares
should be a meaningful investment
for many citizens and broad social
classes. They also partially serve old
age provisions. If we want to reach this
goal we need clear and well-balanced
regulations; good corporate governance
and transparency are indispensable. The
recent upswing has shown that the
trust in the capital markets has returned.
The federal government has provided a
substantial contribution here with the new
regulatory framework.
