摘要：To ensure improvement of corporate governance and regulation of corporate behaviour in the domain of
Corporate Law, along with numerous ¡°written laws¡±, there are in more economically advanced countries,
also ¡°unwritten laws¡± such as ethical, moral norms build on true values common to all mankind. These
include a Code of corporate behaviour (written in black and white, though) adopted, at different levels of
development, in many countries either in the form of a law or a governmental or a state directive and
recognized as a package of recommendations compliance with which is regarded prestigious,
honourable and eventually beneficial and useful. It is necessary that we take an insight of such
documents and carry out preparatory works for drawing up a relevant Code in the near future. However, it
would also be interesting and useful to share the best practice.
