摘要:The problem of sexual haressement in the work relations is not recent. However, it only became an object of strong social concern in the lately years, due to the massive impacts that cause in victim's health and well-being. It's about an offensive behavior that intent against liberty of sexual expression, honor, image and the principle of isonomy, wich presents themselves as juridical goods protected by the legal system. The present study proposes to bring some general concepts, how to verify it and wich are the effects of this problem, that cause embarrassment and damage to victim's dignity. Therefor, the necessity of rights' reaction to adopt ways to stop the pratice of this kind of violence acts, or, at least neutralize or minimize its effects.
