To promote inclusive educational practices in the pre-school milieu, this text synthesizes previous reviews of studies on collaboration, co-development, cooperation, and partnership. The analysis of these reviews specifies the main concepts applied to the different domains: school, school-team work, clinical milieux. …These prior relationships highlight the importance of collaboration and co-development in the establishment of an inter-organization partnership. Among the advantages, working in collaboration promotes increased ability to develop, optimize, improve, accelerate and change the way the organization does things, thus improving the quality of services. The authors conclude by pointing out research and development avenues for inclusive education. They describe a model of an online professional development tool that teaches collaboration, partnership and the development of inclusion practices for special needs children.
