摘要：In the last three decades, processes of liberalization in the financial sector have
been carried out in all countries. The experience of liberalization —and its uneven
results— has induced a reflection on the nature of finances and has emphasized the
specific features of financial assets and markets in relation to the goods. The aim of
this work is to put forward the consequences of the singularity of finances.
