摘要：The recent regulatory changes in the Telecommunications sector make that the
study of the factors that are helping to confi gure the new liberalized market structure
acquires special relevance.
With this focus, in the present work is analyzed, under a transactional perspective
and in the Internet access provider subsector, the election of the organizational
form, around two elements: 1) the possibility that attributes exist in different levels
that differentiate the alternative organizational structures, and 2) the importance of
the characterization of transactions to the election of the most appropriate level of
vertical integration in each case.
