摘要:In the last decades, scholars and managers have paid a remarkable attention to
the job satisfaction analysis. In particular, it is considered as a key factor in order to
achieve an adequate human resources management. Job satisfaction (dissatisfaction)
refers to the favourable (unfavourable) employees’ perception of their job. It is a basic
element, not only in the individual perspective but also in the organization context,
when being verifi ed that the most satisfi ed workers are usually the most productive
ones. In this research line, the present paper tries to provide several managerial
guidelines to human resources managers of companies, by reviewing the existent
literature in the academic and managerial fi eld, as well as offering a general and
integrative vision of both disciplines.
