摘要：This current article is the product of a research named “Rescue of the Immaterial Cultural Patrimony of a Displaced Population in the Municipality of Bello,” aims at making a study of the protection of the cultural rights and their implementation in the phenomenon of the internal forced displacement in Colombia, specifically in Bello. For this study, carried out in 2006, both the documentary and ethnographic methods were used, since a collection of the theoretical knowledge about culture and displacement was made, next a field diary was made as well as some interviews which served to reveal the cultural situation of the communities in condition of displacement living in the Municipality of Bello. In the research several public policies were found for the protection of the right to culture as well as the access to humanitarian aid provided by the government and the other organisms to the community in condition of displacement.
