摘要:Even though it can be stated that the
design and the construction of an object of study
within the social sciences include a
methodological process in which are present the
personal experiences, it is not frequent to find a
job whose aim is the recovery of these
experiences in particular. The purpose of this
article centers around the analysis of professional
careers of researchers within the field of social
sciences, relating to the configuration of objects
of study. In this process, the researcher obtains
different experiences which involve cognitive,
social and cultural components, where pieces of
the academic, disciplinary and personal
background of the subject can be analyzed, as
well as the institutional history that he brings with
him.
As an example, in this article is included the
analysis of how the social configurations of the
academic work and the experience of
academicians in their institutions of higher
education are being measured and guided by
the concept, the policies and the procedures of
the educational quality.
