摘要：In this article, the author aims at providing a view regarding the phenomenon called the commercial sexual exploitation of Boys, Girls and Adolescents - CSEBGA-, specifically in some of the Municipalities of the states of Atlántico and Sucre. This view, witch is proposed here, is based on the rights of Boys, Girls, and Adolescents and it is focused on the population in condition of displacement and specifically, in that which has been sexually exploited, more than that which has beem "sexually abused". This proposal is justified from a physical-spatial perspective, where the rights are objectified. Henceforth, it is a long and complex issue, which goes further the blurring limits of poverty.
