摘要：In this current article, a partial brief of the results of a research about the follow-up of the experience of the Justice of the Peace in Medellin from its first election up to this moment is shown. It aimed at collecting data from direct sources about the previous stage of the application of the Law about Justice of the Peace, assessment and partial follow-up regarding this process, once they came into effect and the current stage, which are the questions about a new election or the continuation of those who are engaged as such. This project also included a reference to the Project of Law which is in the Congress of the Republic, in order to establish plainly what is modified, and critically make some specific contributions in this regard.
