摘要：Rapid increase in population is one of the major causes of environmental problems in general sense and
of environmental pollution in particular. There is a consensus among experts about the fact that the rapid
increase in population is one of the major causes of environmental problems such as pollution and depletion
of resources. On the one hand the increasing amount of population, on the other hand the existing
demographic structure of the continuously changing dynamic quality with unsustainable patterns of
consumption, have been giving rise to major influences on the natural resources of the environment and of
the country as well as to emergences of pressures. The interaction between environmental and natural
resources and the pressures on them does not only come into existence due to the growth and upsurge in
population, but also the dynamics of the demographic structure play a leading role.
