标题：Fomentar la lectura y la escritura en estudiantes de formación docente. Fostering reading and writing in education students. Promouvoir la lecture et l’ecriture chez les etudiants en education.
摘要：In college, students have the need to interpret texts when studying but very often they do not have the opportunity of making their own material choice and discussing within a group their different points of view, a scenario which is most likely to hinder their own willingness to read by choice to expand their own knowledge. With the objective of fostering meaningful reading and writing at college level a study was done with a group of thirty students enrolled in the last two years of the Basic Integral Education Program at the Universidad de Los Andes. The specifi c objectives were: 1. to encourage voluntary reading and different written text production, 2. to provide better tools for the comprehension and analysis of academic texts, and 3. emphasize the relation reading-discussing-writing. The students read a variety of the text of their own choice, increased their knowledge and produced expositive and argumentative texts. À l’université les étudiants ont besoin d’interpréter des textes pendant leurs études mais malheuresement ils ne comptent que sur peu d’opportunités pour choisir les textes ou pour partager leurs differents points de vue et analyses avec leurs camarades, ce qui donne comme conséquence qu’ils n’épreuvent pas le besoin de lire de façon autonome. Sous cette optique on a fait une expérience avec 30 étudiants des derniers semestres du Programme d’Éduaction Basique Intégrale de l’Université des Andes pour promouvoir la lecture et l’écriture signifi catives. Les objectifs de cette expérience ont été promouvoir la lecture autonome et la production de différents textes, donner les outils pour la comprehension et l’analyse des textes académiques, et mettre le point sur le rapport entre lire-commenter-écrire. Dans cet article on présente la procedure employée pour la lecture et la rédaction des textes académiques. Les étudiants impliqués ont lu une variété de textes de leur intéret au même temps qu’ils ont enrrichi leurs connaissances et ils ont produit des textes expositifs et argumentatifs.
