摘要：The immediate history is one form of renaissance of Philosophy of
History, which shows the contractions endured by the time
¨¦v¨¦nementiale. The officially historiographer had considered
traditionally the study of the past as his object, but today the
immediate time belongs to his interest too. One of the actual
challengers is the reflection around to the atmosphere of the
globalization as a project of the Modernity, which seems to survive.
to the postmodernity due to its determination to undermine the
boundaries of the national and regional cultures and to impose a
unique history, a unique thinking and a unique culture. In this sense,
we present a reflection about the impact produced by the
.anglobalization. upon the regional tachirian culture in Venezuela
in the framework of reflections in the opportunity of the date of
foundation of the ancient province of the T¨¢chira (1856-2006).
