摘要：The following steps are followed in processing each request for information:
A complete request is logged into a database.
A records search is then conducted.
All relevant records are scanned into a separate database and reviewed under the provisions of
the Act.
Information is withheld under the Act¡¯s protective provisions only if disclosure would be harmful.
The information is released to the applicant, together with any notification of rights prescribed
by the Act.
