摘要：Information security management is a crucial component in protecting sensitive and critical CCC
information resources and financial data. The citizens of the United States entrust the stewardship
of Federal government financial resources and assets to government financial and program
managers. Without effective information security controls over financial systems and supporting
systems, there is substantial risk that the resources under stewardship may be exposed to
unauthorized modification, disclosures, loss, or impairment.
