The purpose of this paper is to examine the results of the Belbin Team Role Self Perception Inventory applied to 127 executives of 4 organizations in Havana. This instrument was created and is widely used in the United Kindom. Difference between means and correlations were analyzed after the Inventory was translaked and applied. No differences determined by gender were found, but age and work expirience seem to have influence in role behavior. Psychometrical analysys provides some support for the validity of the Inventory but further investigation needs to be persued.
