This paper is about the enterprise improvement through the continual formation finto the organization, as pillar of the Learning Organization conception. The survey applied whose ítems explains this conception, offer the principals causes because in entrerprises of the country have not this conception. The results, in comparison with international experiences in the adoption of the Learning Organization, offer guides in order to the application of this conception.
