Industry closely related to Biological Sciences develops quite rapidly in our country, while other industries remain under developed. Soma demands derived from these work processes cuse negative consequences on workers personalities, among them, the efecct known as "psychic overcharge". Therofore, the necessity crises lo develop psychodiagnostic methods able lo reveal the present of these negative states, in order lo decrease or eliminate its effects. This paper deals with the development of the VC-R Scale for the measurement of the feeling of Psychic Overcharge and the compensatory behaviour in working subjects. The assessment of quality criteria indicate the goodness of its construction, reinforcing our theoretical standpoints. We can then say that the VR-R Scale is able lo colled information on Psychic Overcharge, allowing for the identification oí the different behavioural approaches to compensate this feeling.
