Two groups of woman using vaginal tablets as contraceptive method were studied. One group was given especialized contraceptive advice )SCA= and the other group was given only routine medical advice (RMA). Both groups were compared after 22 months having been using the method, in relation to continuity in the use, withdrawl and measurement of positive values of the method. The highest scores in positive measurements were by woman receiving SCA. Calculation were made to find withdrawal probability by life table , carliest withdrawal probability, and continual withdrawal of the method during that period was found in the group which was not given SCA. A common moment of withdrawal probability for both groups was between 8 and 12 months after using the methods.
