In this article we try to present different theoretical views for the psychological study of occupational accidents, such as the ones sustained by Hacker (DDR), Zintchenko, Gurevich, Nobilitsin (USSR). We also discuss the practical advantages and disadvantages of each of them, concluding that one uses one or another, according to the conditions and objectives of research. This subject is of great importance to Marxist Work Psychology because one of its aims is prevention and protection of the worker.
