This research work aimed at detaching the validity of the socio-psychological training as a technique that enables the students increase their competence in regard to their personality, in our social environment. The experiment was carried out in a group of students from the José de la Luz y Caballero Higher Pedagógical lnstitute at Holguín, Cuba. This group of students participated in: - The analysis of recorded films in video cassettes. - Group debates. - Role playing. The group object of investigation experienced some changes in their inter-personal communication once the experiment was over. i't was also possible to demonstrate the usefulness of the experiment in the preparation of the future teachers, since it help laying the foundation for the development of their communícative competence once they are graduated.
