The present work deals with the fundamental tasks with which Work Psychology concerns itself in our country. The order of priority in which these tasks are placed, responds to the principles of Marxist Psychology and the basic aims of Work Psychology: increase of work productivity and development of the worker's personality through his working activity. These tasks are agrouped in two different complexes: the first complex approaches the improvement or conformation from a psychological point of view of external conditions of work. The second complex approaches the improvement of internal working conditions. Both general complexes are composed of a series of subtasks which are closely related to the fundamental features of work activity which constitute the set of external and internal working conditions. A third complex, no less important, but under taken from Social and Work Psychology's points of view is the Improvement of Social Cooperation and Management, which will be dealt with in a future paper.
