摘要：I report on a dispersive matrix element calculation of B7;8 performed within
a fully rigorous theoretical framework which incorporates experimental data as a central
ingredient. This approach is the rst to correctly implement two-loop matching of the
e
ective theory to the dispersive description while using the same scheme dependence
as the calculation of the OPE coecients. The numerical treatment is also completely
new and provides a determination of not only central values for B7;8 but also legitimate
estimates of their uncertainties.
