摘要:LOCAL AGENDA 21: SELF-ORGANISATION, COOPERATION AND DECENTRALISED INTELLIGENCE. There is a possible similarity between LA21 and self-organization research in which basic exchanges of information (communication between individual parts) and local dynamics make up, on the aggregate, a modified environment and a structured whole. This interaction seems to constitute a particular type of communication that develops into a collective and organised map. Deconstructing hierarchical systems of domination apparently constitutes a promising avenue of research into self-organised behaviour that is conducive to global action by local human communities. Just like social insects (such as ant colonies) exhibit the capacity to store information and recognise patterns, so do human societies contribute to the emergence of global brainpower on sustainable development through simple interactions and local learning. LA21 may be the required spur.
