摘要：A very special thanks goes to Stan Crothers for his tireless
efforts serving the Ministry. He retired in April and has been
involved with fisheries in a number of roles since starting as
a fishery officer in 1974.
His time with the Ministry has seen him rise through the
ranks from the front line to Deputy Chief Executive. During
this time, he has conducted himself with the utmost integrity
and has seen many challenges and achievements.
