摘要：The EC set the goal to substitute 20 % of the fossil fuels for road transport by alternative fuels (biofuels, natural gas, hydrogen) by 2020. The present market penetration is low, transport is for 98 % dependent on oil. To support the market transition to alternative fuels, measures on a national and international level have been taken in the past and are defined at present.
