摘要：The geographical area of North-eastern Bulgaria boasts a variety of specific natural conditions.
They are often a prerequisite for the expression of adverse and hazardous processes and phenomena. This
report analyzes the genesis and location of the adverse and dangerous geomorphologic, meteorological, and
hydrological phenomena within North-eastern Bulgaria. Their impact on the natural complex and the society
is analyzed as well.
