摘要:This article has School Supervision as study focus and examines it in a different way, bringing into
discussion issues such as teaching productivity, justifying the regulation of the supervisor over the
teachers and the self regulation provoked in them as the economy of the discipline power. By
problematizing the concepts of confession and self exam, we present some of the recurrent dictum
that are welcomed and accepted by the order of the valid educational discourse. It also works with
the Michael Foucault’s concept of liberty, provoking our thinking to understand liberty in its direct
relation with regulation and discipline of the bodies. Between liberties and regulations, the
disciplining power shows its effects, not only putting the subjects under constant visibility as also
submitting them to discipline subjection.
